We are looking for motivated applicants to help service our client base of private clients, entrepreneurs and high net worth individuals working for some of the world’s most prestigious firms in the fields of finance, law, technology and sports and entertainment. Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious School Leaver Tax Analyst to join our fast-growing team in the heart of the City of London as part of our Apprenticeship offering. This role provides an exciting opportunity for recent school leavers to begin a successful career in US/UK tax with a clear path for progression within the firm. Roles available to start in September 2026.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in US and UK tax, while receiving structured training towards your professional qualifications and mentorship from industry experts all trained at ‘Big 4’ accountancy firms. You'll also become part of our client engagement teams working on the individual tax affairs of private clients in the above fields, with client exposure from day one.

You should have an interest in pursuing a career in tax and an eagerness to learn and develop. Some prior experience working with clients or the public is a plus, but not required. Our roles would also suit those with a background or interest in the fields of business, law and software development.

 

About you

We are looking for recent school leavers with:

  • Three A-Levels at a Grade B minimum (obtained or predicted) excluding General Studies and Extended Projects.

  • GCSEs - English Language, Maths and Science minimum grade 6 (grade 7 + preferred), plus at least 5 additional GCSEs at grade 5 or above.

  • Great interpersonal skills.  You will be collaborating within a team and meeting, calling and emailing prominent clients, so a polished spoken and written style is important.
